Hello! I hope this message finds you well. Lately, I've been exploring the transformative theme of stepping outside our comfort zones. In my work with clients recently, I've noticed a common thread – situations and opportunities that challenge them to move beyond what's comfortable. They (and we) are being given the chance to look at our patterns and experiences from the perspective of growth. For instance, if you find you undervalue yourself and have most of your life, the current discomfort will bring this to light and give you a chance to finally say, “This is about me and how I want to value myself. How I expect others to treat me. I won’t settle. I will see my inherent value and all I bring to the world just by being me!” Actually, I have had several clients in the last month with a story like this one. It's a universal theme, and if you're finding yourself in this space, outside the edge of your comfort zone, consider it an invitation for growth, expansion, and evolution. It is often difficult to navigate when the path isn't clear and the journey is a bit messy. But here's the thing: the potential for personal development and reward is tremendous. This process, as uncomfortable as it may be, holds the key to unlocking new facets of yourself and your potential. The magic, as they say, happens at the end of your comfort zone. So, as you navigate this space of growth, consider a few guiding principles: Reach out for Support: Don't hesitate to seek help from friends, mentors, or your Spirit Team. Having a helping hand makes the journey less daunting. Clarify Your Identity: Take this opportunity to clearly establish who you are and who you want to become. Authenticity is a powerful companion on the road to self-discovery. Embrace the New: Change is a constant, and growth often involves embracing the new experiences and perspectives that come your way. I have also noticed so much NEW happening for clients - it’s exciting!
