Fear Says Stop. Trust Says Yes.

Hello!

I knew this month’s message would be about fear. It was intuitive—something I felt before I sat down to write. And when I named the topic, the message came through, woven with wisdom and understanding.

Fear is the most common word I’m hearing right now. It feels ever-present, amplified by the optics, messaging, and choices before us. But here’s the thing, my friend: fear is a reaction, not a truth. It may feel real and even valid at times, but it is not an inherent part of who you are. It’s a response rooted in uncertainty, tapping into the parts of ourselves that can become overwhelmed and irrational. When fear takes hold, it limits us. And if we’re not mindful, it can dictate our actions and keep us stuck or trapped in a spiral.

So, what should we do? We stop allowing fear to lead. We acknowledge its presence, but we don’t relinquish control to it. Instead, we turn to our free will—our profound understanding. One of the most effective methods to achieve this is by spending more time reflecting and tuning into your intuition. Your gut, your inner wisdom, already knows the way forward. Pay attention to how you feel, to the thoughts that surface unexpectedly, to the words you hear within yourself or from others. Ask yourself: Is what I’m noticing rooted in fear?

If it’s fear, lower the volume by increasing your trust. How? Ask for help—from those seen and unseen. Pray, affirm, meditate, take a walk in nature, pull oracle or tarot cards, call on your spirit team and give them permission to assist you. And then, let them help you. (I just unintentionally referenced Jerry Maguire—“Help me - Help you!”)

The structures of our lives—our systems, traditions, and long-held beliefs—are changing. That can feel destabilizing, but it also opens up opportunities for growth. You can choose to hold on to what feels familiar or allow yourself to evolve. Nothing has to remain the same unless you want it to. There is always room for expansion, for new perspectives, and for change. This isn’t about perfectionism or pressure; it’s about embracing life as a journey of learning, growing, and possibility.

And you? You’ve made the cut. You’re here, navigating this lifetime with all its challenges and opportunities. That makes you a powerhouse!

When fear creeps in, use it as a measuring stick. If you’re feeling fear, you’re out of alignment. That’s your signal to recalibrate. Find ways to quiet your mind, even for a few minutes each day. Explore new methods—grounding, clearing, and protecting your energy. Try meditation. Engage in shadow work. Remember: Fear may appear, but it does not get to lead. You do. The universe always says yes, and trust and faith are your anchors.

Above all, keep in mind that this moment—this season of uncertainty—is temporary. It will give way to transformation for you and the world. Right now, you have an opportunity to examine your fears, understand their roots, and choose what you want to create in your life.

This is your time, my time, and our time. Fear has no place here. Stand in faith. If you need a witness to your transformation, I’m here. I believe in you.
