Hello! I have exciting news – I am launching a podcast August 4th – Adventures with Spirit! This process has been an adventure for sure. It leads to soul level work for me - yay and yikes all at the same time! It’s interesting how things unfold in life. We are always given opportunities for growth – we just say yes or no to them. The title of the podcast is a nod to saying yes to all the ways Spirit shows up. It makes me think of the saying, ‘buckle up butter cup.’ Spirit says “let’s get on to the next challenge and then circle back and do it again.” We must do it again and again in various scenarios so we really “get it.” Otherwise, it’s like passing the quiz but not the exam. I prefer to think of these lessons and the inherent challenges as adventures – it keeps me saying yes! The podcast and the many events attached to it give me the opportunity to use my voice. For me - who is a pleaser, conflict avoider, and prefers not to be seen - it is not always easy to use my voice. The lesson is not as simple as using my voice; it is more complex - expansion requires more. In this instance, I am encountering multiple ways I must use my voice or lose my personal power. The podcast is a vehicle being used for one aspect of the lesson that leads the way to the layers and nuances surrounding relationships and self-awareness leading to – if I do it – kick ass personal power! An expansion opportunity sometimes gets complex and challenges you on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. That is often when you know it’s a big challenge/opportunity and worth your energy. This does not apply to a situation in which you are not safe – big difference – if something is not good for you or is harmful – please use strong discernment and say no! Not everything is a lesson, but if you are feeling uncomfortable or bumping up against the same scenario, there is a deeper purpose. How do you stay committed to the process when it can be so uncomfortable? Develop and trust your connection to Spirit, hold clear high intentions, stay in alignment or realign when needed, ask for help from the people in your life and from your Spirit team, be honest with yourself about how you contribute to the situation and look at the pattern of similar energy throughout your life. Keep saying yes when it is appropriate; learn when to say no. How do you develop your connection to Spirit? Regardless of where you are in your spiritual evolution, we are all in process to remember the truth of who we are and All That Is. To develop your connection, be intentional about it - you have to want to do it - pray, ask, talk (whatever word works for you) and let Spirit show you the support you have in your life. Notice when you know, feel, hear, or see something to be true for you. How does it help you? If you follow what you know to be true for you, what happens? Does it help you expand your awareness and perspective? Does it limit you or bring something new to you? Let’s talk about the fun part of this current adventure! I have heard for a year now to do a podcast. When my guides came up with this, I was resistant, so they made sure I got the message in multiple ways. I said yes and here I am. It has taken some twists and turns – those lessons – but here I am. I am excited to share it with you. As I become more comfortable with using my voice and claiming my power fully – you will hear it – won’t you? I can’t be more authentic than that.
