How do you perceive the challenges and blessings of your life?

When I realized years ago that Spirit was interacting with me in a new way and leading me through various experiences, I kept my humor and willingness by thinking of it as an adventure. I believe so much in this approach. It even inspired the name of the podcast. It makes sense to me to think this way. Life is a journey, and there are adventures along the way. We can wrap our head and our heart around that.

We all have times when we are put through hell in our lives or times when we forget we are supported and how to trust and connect to Spirit. We also all have wonderful, fabulous, magical times. When you think of everything as an adventure it can help soften the edges.

I am thinking of this as I am preparing for the latest adventure in my life, which is both gut-wrenching and exciting. It is the only way I can do it with grace. My daughter, Lauren, who is my everything, has graduated college and is moving across the country in just a couple of weeks. Yay, Lauren! I am feeling all the emotions: grief, joy, pride, fear, excitement. As this move becomes reality, I have to flip it into an adventure for myself. What will I learn from this? What new experiences and opportunities will come my way? How can I best manage this?

My team gave me a very clear nudge to close my appointments for part of June. I actually listened and closed the last couple of weeks. Shocking - I know - but I am trying to walk my talk here. After I did this, the big move became a reality, and I have the luxury of giving my full attention to this part of the journey for Lauren and myself. It is like magic.

So, because I have the space and the opportunity - thank you, team - I am creating a fun launch. I am going with Lauren and beginning this adventure together! I am going all in because I must. I can’t sideline this one, and I can’t be afraid of the loss and grief. I have to do my courageous mom thing and partner up on the way.

So my dear friends, what adventure will you find yourself in this month and how will you approach it? Invite Spirit in to be with you and notice when it shows up. There is magic in that!

If you follow me on IG, then you know I was being strongly guided with messages and signs around grief last month. I wasn't sure whether it was for me personally or for all of us. It was clearly both. With the shooting in Texas and experiences we may all be going through on an individual level, I invited in a message for you, and the way it came through was a bit different. It was like the whole, or a congress of beings, was speaking individually as one. It was one voice, but I knew it was an enormous number of beings. This message is from your Spirit team, each of you.

“During this time of grief and heaviness in the world, we remind you to visit yourself in its highest form. Connect with your higher self and redeem the wisdom and experience held there.

You will survive the current turmoil as peoples always do. Find your quiet place inside and expand it. Reach out to us, your Spirit teams, and let us journey forth with you. You do not need bells and whistles to signal our presence. Talk to us, think to us, reach for us, and trust that we are there, holding and helping you, making you stronger, and bringing a bit of sparkle into your daily life. You are never alone! *Nor, we will disappoint you along the way. Have faith and embrace the blessings and unparalleled support that is yours by birthright.”

*Meaning they will not let you down by not being there for you. This does not mean that you will never experience disappointment.
