Recently, I found myself in the Emergency Room, in pain so intense I couldn’t think. In that delirium, I didn’t do the things I usually would in a medical setting. I didn’t call on my guides. I didn’t focus on my breath. I didn’t shield or protect myself. It wasn’t until they ordered pain meds that something shifted. As the IV meds went in, I saw my protector guide right in front of me. Within minutes, my hands, which had been quiet until then, began to activate with Reconnective Healing. I didn’t have to try. I didn’t even think about it. It was just there like a remembering. That moment reminded me that alignment isn’t a performance or a checklist. It’s a return. Even without doing everything “right,” the connection and protection were there. That’s true for me, and it’s true for you. When you are true to who you are, alignment comes naturally — even in unexpected places.
