Hello! You are your best connection to source energy. It's always been you. But how do we nurture and strengthen that connection? This was a topic of discussion in a recent Adventures With Spirit™ Live, and I'd like to explore this with you. I find it helpful to go 'to the top' when needed! Your higher self—your soul—is the guiding force in your life. It’s the one who knows the way and supports your evolution. You and your higher self are not simply connected; you are intertwined, providing a constant source of direction. When you ask your higher self for clarity and guidance, it's not just a conversation with yourself. It’s a comforting reach out to that part of you that holds the bigger picture. I’ve done this countless times, asking for energy when I felt too tired to continue or clarity when I was lost. And every time, my higher self has shown up, guiding me forward and making things happen. Reaching out to your higher self can look like making a request or conversing with yourself. Share what’s on your mind and ask for what you need. Sometimes, it’s as simple as saying, “HELP ME!” I’ve been known to say, “You know what the plan is; how do I make it happen? You chose me for a reason. Now, let’s get this done. I’m here to meet our hopes and intentions. I need your help.” You may not immediately notice confirmation that your request has been heard, but trust that it has been done. Your soul will do what it needs to support you and your process in the experience. Your guides, guardian angels, and other spiritual teachers also support you. But remember, your higher self is the reason you’re here. It’s where the buck stops. That’s why it’s so important to get quiet, to be with yourself, and to raise your frequency to match your true self. That’s where the real magic happens. I encourage you to take a moment to connect with your higher self. Ask for what you need, and trust that the answers will come.
