Hello everyone! Connection, connection, connection – it is repeating in my head and in my experiences the last couple of days so guess what we are going to talk about today :) We are all still experiencing hard things - whether literally or energetically - it takes a toll on us. So many of you even had a rough go with the last full moon. We really need to be gentle with ourselves and build in a little more space or time to accomplish our to-do list or to be still for a minute. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and as such, we benefit from connections both with other humans and with Spirit. Do yourself a favor and create the connection in your life. Human to human, can you meet a friend for lunch? Make a phone call or a video call? Can you spend some genuine time connecting with other people? People who make you feel good. How is your connection to Spirit? Are you intentionally inviting and connecting to Spirit every day? Are you asking for the support you need? Are you trusting the support you need will be provided? Are you asking for help to resolve issues, support your healing, manage your stress, or loneliness? Are you asking for lovely new friends that are an energetic match to you? What do you need? Are you offering your best, in the moment, to the world energy so Spirit can meet you where you are and help you move from there? I just laid out a bunch of questions for you but that is the information for me to share right now. It is still hard my friends; we are still in it – this current energy and world events. I don’t know about you, but I realize my thoughts are not processing or moving as fast as normal. Deep breaths. Please reach out to humans and to Spirit perhaps deepen your connection. Spirit is right there waiting to help you. If you do not know where to start with deepening your connection to Spirit, may I suggest your angels and your guides. They know you. They are already with you. They want to help you. I am basically channeling this. I am laughing a bit because without me realizing it we are being led to my classes.
