Channeled Message: Here we are at the end of the year already and the beginning of a new one. It has been difficult to navigate at times, but we persevere and hopefully are willing to step into the opportunity of change and transformation. We all can do it. You determine how much or how far you are willing to go. Change and transformation are not easy. We must look at those places within ourselves that perhaps are not the prettiest and dance with them. It is a dance - you move one way then another, learning the steps over and over as you change, add, and complicate things on the path to recognition and acceptance of you are, who you are becoming, and who you potentially can be; all while having compassion for yourself, your fears, limitations, mistakes, desires, and hopes. It’s a beautiful dance and one to be honored. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder or the heart because you are in it, you are doing it, no matter if you realize it or not. Ways to support yourself as you live in this world energy and/or your own experience of yourself right now. During the winter months, it is a natural process to go within, slow down, rest, and retreat. It is in sync with the cycles of nature to do so. In just a couple months, we will be releasing the new energy of spring and creating new life. So, for now, o Please be gentle and non-critical with yourself. o Remember perfection is over-rated. o Slow down your schedule and to do list as much as possible. What can you remove for now? o Ground yourself, stay in your body, be as present as possible to the moments of your day. o Try some energy work such as Reconnective Healing, Reiki, Acupuncture, or Massage. o Pay attention to your thoughts, words, and actions toward yourself and others. If they are not helpful work on making changes. o Create a start or end of the day ritual that keeps you aligned to universal energy. o Ask for help when needed – from friends, family, colleagues, and your Spirit team. o Say thank you – incorporate gratitude and appreciation in your daily life.
